• Gaggle.net http://www.gaggle.net  - is a free email service for schools that has all kinds of filters and controls at your fingertips. It blocks inappropriate text in letters and also inappropriate mail from pornographic sites, etc.   Anything coming or going that is questionable is sent to the administrator's blocked folder. All you have to do is enclose a list of all your students and Gaggle does the rest: set up user name and passwords, etc.
