-Crayons, markers, or colored pencils

Before You Read
     The story, Somebody and the Three Blairs, is about a bear who sneaks in a family's house while they are going for a walk in the park.  Before you read the story, you will want to look at web sites about bears.  Click here to learn some fun facts about bears.  After you have read the ten facts about bears, draw a picture of a bear and write three facts that you have learned.  You will now need to read Somebody and the Three Blairs.


After You Read
  Now that you have read the story,  you will take a quiz online to see if you have understood the information you have read.  Click here to take the quiz.  Remember, you may go back to the story if you are having problems answering the questions.
 

Beyond What You Read
   Now that you have completed the quiz, you may check out some other sites.  First, you can click on this site to print a picture of a bear that you may color.
